Terrence Chappell is the Principal of Chappell Communications Group, a social media agency specializing in socializing nuanced messaging among cultural communities. He partners with clients and organizations to tap into the human experience across advocacy and mission-based work. With 10+ years of industry experience, he helped counter the closure of a safety net hospital in Chicago on behalf of Illinois State Representative Lamont J. Robinson, launched the American Library Association’s Unite Against Banned Books and Library Card Sign-up campaigns to protect intellectual freedom and curiosity, as well as scaled the social media presence of social practice artist Theaster Gates’ organization, Rebuild Foundation.
