As one of the largest Pride Parades in the nation, our annual celebration features over 150 parade contingents and brings together one million people to celebrate diversity, equality, and love.
PRIDEChicago invites you to join the annual celebration and take part in our mission of creating a world where everyone is free to be their authentic selves.
PRIDEChicago is looking for volunteers to serve as Parade Marshals on Sunday, June 30, 2024 for the 53rd annual Chicago Pride Parade. Volunteers must be at least 18 years of age or older.

VOLUNTEERING
FOR THE PURPOSE
- Volunteer Parade Marshals assist parade entries in finding their assigned positions at the staging/assembly area and to step-off when it’s the entry’s turn to do so.
- Volunteer Parade Marshals are also stationed along the parade route to inform spectators that they must stay behind the barricades. They also assist in making sure that participants follow the Rules and Regulations.
- Volunteer Parade Marshals are also at the end of the parade route to assist the disbanding process.
