Dan has more than two decades of experience in nonprofit leadership and fundraising, with a passion for advancing LGBTQ+ rights and fostering inclusive and resilient communities. As a former member of the Center on Halsted’s Development Committee and co-chair of Lambda Legal’s Bon Foster Civil Rights Celebration, Dan has helped vital organizations advance equality and justice. A proud Chicagoan, Dan and his family have been active participants in Chicago’s Pride Parade and remain committed to working for all people to have the resources they need to thrive.
