Non Discrimination Policy

This policy shall be included in any contract or partnership documents that PRIDEChicago, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, may participate in and we agree not to enter knowingly into an agreement with another party who does not uphold these values.

PRIDEChicago does not and shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, gender expression, age, national origin (ancestry), disability, marital status, sexual orientation, military status, or any other protected categories recognized by law in any of its activities or operations. These activities include, but are not limited to, hiring and firing of staff, selection of volunteers and vendors, and provision of services. We are committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment for all members of our staff, clients, volunteers, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.

All volunteers, employees, associates, contractors and other affiliates agree without exception to not discriminate against any other based on these same values. All volunteers, partners, associates and affiliates agree to act, at all times, with respect and compassion for those around them.
