Follow her @alldayemmaday \nHoja Lopez (She/Her): Hoja is a queer Venezuelan comedian\, writer and actress living in Chicago\, IL. She is currently a writer and producer for Wiser Than Me with Julia Louis-Dreyfus\, The Dough and Elyse Meyer’s\, Funny Cuz’ it’s True podcast. Since 2022 she has produced and regularly contributed guest writing for NPR’s Wait Wait Don’t Tell Me. Hoja is also the creator and co-host of the web series “Gay News”. Her work has been recognized in The Houston Chronicle\, NBC and NPR. Follow her @alojahoja \nKim Iheme-The ADHD Comedian (She/Her): The ADHD Comedian got her Chicago comedy chops as a diversity grad of iO theater- she’s a former Bob Curry Fellow and Second City’s 110th revue MainStage understudy. Her love for storytelling and authenticity is what brought her to stand up and her corporate gig got her to sit down. On the weekend\, you can find her being a single dog mom to her baby Fig and watching the best of what Bravo has to offer. Sierra is most known for her revered and sold-out solo show: Sierra’s Ungodly Hour and has won awards for writing and voicing her commercial work. She played her first titular role in Goodnight\, Gladys\, which was awarded runner-up for Best of Chicago 2023: New Play. She is a scuba-certified citizen scientist and host of Brutal Sketch Comedy. Sharks and big cats don’t scare her\, but the eeEeEEeE of the redline and the Air and Water show do. When she’s not performing she can be found underwater looking for critters\, info-dumping\, or spreading the gay agenda. Follow her @sierra_skank_kenyon \nRogue Schmidt (They/She): Rogue Schmidt (they/she) is a queer comedian and actor living in Chicago. They are repped by Grossman and Jack Talent and won Chicago Reader’s Best Comedian in January of 2024. Their debut solo show\, “The Locker Room” ran at The Annoyance Theatre for 6 sold-out weeks and is debuting at Edinburgh Fringe Festival in August of 2024. Rogue tours their solo characters all around the city\,is a frequent contributor to The Paper Machete at The Green Mill\, and they were cast in the Just For Laughs Character Showcase at The Annoyance in 2023. Broadway in Chicago’s landmark LGBTQ+ Northalsted neighborhood. \nFortune Feimster\, a beloved stand-up comedian\, writer\, and actor\, along with her wife Jax\, will lead the procession as Grand Marshals. \n“We are honored to be named the Grand Marshals for Chicago Pride\,” said Feimster. “Chicago holds a special place in our hearts—it’s home to a great comedy scene and home to the best audiences. It’s also where Jax and I first met nine years ago\, during Pride. As we celebrate our community and our anniversary\, it feels like a beautiful full-circle moment.” \nChicago activist and bar owner Art Johnston and his partner in life and business\, Jose “Pepe” Pena\, plus longtime LGBTQ+ activists\, community organizers and high-profile transgender couple Myles and Precious Brady-Davis are this year’s Community Grand Marshals. \nThe parade\, featuring 150 colorful entries\, will travel the 20-block parade route from Sheridan south on Broadway; then south on Halsted; then east on Belmont; then south on Broadway; then east on Diversey to Cannon Drive. \nThis year’s theme is “Pride is Power”.
